In the app

Open Turnover and go to Settings.
Open your profile, then Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm. This cannot be undone.

If you can't sign in

Email hello@useturnover.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We may need to confirm ownership of the address before acting.

What is deleted

Your authentication identity and login
Your personal profile — display name, email, contact number
Your device notification tokens

What is kept, and why

Shared financial, settlement and condition records stay attached to the house in anonymised form, with your identity removed from them.

This is deliberate. A house ledger belongs to everyone who lived there — if deleting one account erased its rows, the remaining housemates' deposits, settlements and evidence would stop adding up. Your identity is removed; the arithmetic survives.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise it will keep renewing.
